1. About Us

Yatrivan is a travel service platform that provides cab bookings and travel-related assistance between Kinwat and Mahur, and helps facilitate jungle safaris at Painganga Wildlife Sanctuary. We do not own the cabs or safari services. We act only as a booking mediator between you (the customer) and third-party service providers.

2. Service Scope

Our services include:

  • Cab bookings from Kinwat to Mahur and return.
  • Assisting in arranging jungle safari services via third-party operators.
  • Providing basic customer support regarding bookings.

We do not guarantee the availability or performance of any cab or safari operator. All transport and safari services are subject to availability and operated by third-party vendors.


3. Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment is made through our website.
  • Booking details will be shared via email on successful payment.
  • Prices and services may change without prior notice.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • All bookings are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling under any circumstances, including delays or changes by service providers.
  • Please read service details carefully before booking.

5. Limitations of Liability

  • We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, damage, accident, or delay arising during travel or while using services arranged through our website.
  • You understand and agree that all cab drivers and safari operators are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Yatrivan.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to verify booking details.
  • You must be on time for your scheduled pickup. Delays may result in service denial.
  • You are responsible for your belongings. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations or disruptions due to natural disasters, strikes, bad weather, government orders, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle your data.


9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kinwat, Maharashtra.
