At Yatrivan, we strive to provide a smooth and dependable experience for all our travelers. As a small travel service platform, we work with third-party cab and safari operators to deliver timely and coordinated travel solutions. To maintain consistency and avoid confusion, we have a strict policy regarding refunds and cancellations.
No Refund Policy
Once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Last-minute cancellations by the customer
- No-shows or late arrivals
- Changes in travel plans
- Delays or disruptions due to weather, road conditions, or third-party service issues
if any refund approved by the company at any condition it will be credited to your original source account within 7-10 working days
Please ensure all details are correct and that you are ready to travel before completing your booking.
No Cancellation or Rescheduling
Due to the nature of our coordination with third-party operators, bookings once made are final and non-transferable. We are unable to accommodate any rescheduling, name changes, or cancellations.
Third-Party Responsibility
As Yatrivan is a facilitator and does not operate the cabs or safaris directly, we are not responsible for cancellations made by service providers. However, we will try to assist you in communicating with them, should any issue arise.
Force Majeure
No refunds or rescheduling will be entertained in case of natural calamities, strikes, political unrest, or other events beyond our control.
